Traveling the entire world brought her here, because she's a tour guide now, I guess?

One of the two playable newcomers from the second Fighter's History game comes equipped with a moveset that contains very recognizable stand-ins for her specials from the game, and an AI that as usual prioritizes those specific moves. I admittedly based some of it off of how I personally tend to play her in Karnov's...

Her 4 outfits are:
- Default (primary)
- Fighter's History: Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu L/R+A alt palette (2P)
- Suikoenbu: Fuun Saiki start palette (3P)
- Fighter's History: Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu ending tour guide outfit (4P)

interesting choice, never did play that game, but i could take a crack at it for sure! i got some other characters on the backburner right now so i'm probably gonna finish those first but i'll see what i can do

Well, since you apparently do obscure games, have you heard of Mutant Fighter? (Death Brade in Japan) would you be able to make the Amazoness from there? I believe her name is Cindy, although I am not sure she ever got a last name.
