Hello, dear subscribers and other game fans!
This is a my new project. Residential complex - Avenue 5 in Astana city.
This complex will consist of several buildings.

In this building used: Exterior + interior.
You need RICO mod for use this building for highres. Or you also can use this as Unique building.

P.S. The building B will be update..

I changed rotation angle of building to 10 degrees. Because I think it will be more convenient to have a building.

@Gerbilskij, Please check new update. I think now it will be more convenient for you to have buildings in your city. ;)

@AliTarGz Thank you for the answer. Move it can be very useful but sometimes break the accessibility of the building (I did not test it in this case). I don't know how the real building complex looks like but I think it would be just great if you can add an additional version with a right angle (90°) for easier placement, as well as a "B" version facing the opposite way so that we can make 'blocks' with it. This is just a humble suggestion, great work with the model anyway!

@Gerbilskij, I used "Move it" mod for rotate this building. But I think that I will can changed this rotation angle of building.
Do you want that I changed rotation angle?

Great asset, but mine is not having a right angle, so I can't make it fit next to other buildings, is it supposed to be so? I can't really understand it clearly from the screenshots.
