I would love to fix (believe me I've tried) that but sadly all factions gain skill points with regards to the same data set as everyone else

Well, that makes sense in a way, but the chaos factions are all about destruction. They level much faster, or at least when im playing them. I think their Lords and heroes should be better than the other factions.

I intentionally did that to prevent over levelling (CA's fault that some lords/agents don't have the same amount of skill points)

Yep. It also affects the AI

I have another mod that adds more than 2 though

a good mod, sorry only 2 skill points per level would like more)))

this needs to be answered...honestly idgaf if the ai do use it too, but i need to know...
