Yeah. It's called "Hobo", and I already installed it. All you have to do is double click it. It's in the /Starbound directory under Steam.

Where can you install it?

this also works with Word, Gimp 2 (you have to install the font, though, it won't automatically be there), and pretty much any application that supports fonts
p.s this means you can type in the ancient language on any of those programs
