According to her splash text in the character select she hates rain, but I don't know what that means yet. Possibly sanity related.

I think the mod description is outdated.
She has her own lines, she eats Monster Meat, and I think (uncomfirmed) she hits harder than normal characters. Her stats are 75 Hunger (which depletes fast!), 100 sanity, and 350 health.
