描述
There are other mods that do what this mod does, I may come back to it later.

This mod make the leader level cap 40 rather than 10 in base game with the use of custom level icons from Simple Leader Skill Icons made by TPDespair, this mod was hevely inspired by Leader Level Overhaul By Verdacy.
If you play with Cultural Overhaul you will need this PATCH for it to work
If you play with More Civics in Ethics and Civics Rebuild you will need this PATCH for it to work

Please view the Change Log after an update

-I don't play stellaris much any more i only make mods but when i have time i try to fix problems so report them and i'll look if i have time.

Love the mod! Though I was hoping to ask if you could make a tweaked version that removes the XP gain increase? My leaders hit an extremely high level in the first few years of the game, and it really throws off the balance of other components early on. For instance: Governors reach level 6 by about 2204, and it means that enforcers are completely and utterly unnecessary until the leader dies.

Either that, or, if it's at all possible, maybe halving the value of each level? Like, the benefits gained are 50% less than they are in vanilla to compensate for the rapid level gains?

Hmmm Is the a possibility for a unlimit LvL mod?
or does it need to be capped?

More than 400 years have passed, and my ruler is still at level 40, which is not scientific!

@Sir I cant confirm if the mod still works or not, but for the most part the version does not matter, it only does if your using a mod for 2.2 and your playing on 2.0. I will more then likely come back to this game when federations comes out.
