glasssword upgrade (I've made it shaped more like the original just narrower. my first try made it a bit dull)

Makes the glass and elven weapons narrower.
compatible with every weapon retexture mods
not compatible with other weapon mods altering the meshes of elven or glass swords including chillrend.
