Adds the fictional civilization of Antarctica to the game, controlled by a genetically enhanced Penguin named Pengu that is not only smarter than humans by a long shot, but has gained mastery over human mind control, and is seeking world domination.

UA: New World Order (Coocaw):
All non-air combat units gain the Mind Control promotion to capture enemy units upon defeat. -50% wonder production in cities, but +25% production for everything else. Get a free Human Farm in every city.

UU: Slave
Replaces the worker. Ignores terrain costs. Also the only unit able to make greenhouses on tundra and snow.

UB1: Human Farm
Replaces the granary, and is by default created in every city. 2 production on snow, 2 gold on tundra, 2 food on coasts, and 2 culture on ice.

UB2: Subterranean Expanse
Replaces the Bomb Shelter. 2 food from snow tiles, -90% nuke damage in the city, and 35% more food is kept when a citizen is born.

UI: Greenhouse
An indoor farm that can be built on tundra and snow. Costs 2 gold maintenance (same as railroads). Becomes available after researching Biology.

This civilization was meant to be overpowered. It turned out to be more overpowered than intended, even after being toned down. So if that rubs you the wrong way, don't get the mod, play on a harder difficulty setting, or play against it.
