Fixes it so that the tiles are actually cards, able to be dealt and shuffled. Also adds a grid for easy placement. The tile deck is relatively large (22mb) to preserve quality so might take a bit of time to load.

503 Error means it's a problem on steams end. If you get TTS Mod Backup from Nexus, select the mod on the left pane, then select the red missing files on the right, then right click and "Download Files", it downloads them to your mod cache.
