H5 4x4, serial house KOPE corner. KOPE is a series of multisectional panel houses. Residential zone of high density, 4x4, 5 level of the building, 22 floors.

It is recommended to use it together with the linear and corner-style buildings. These buildings are meant to be combined.

Technical details:
Full model: Vertices = 1154, Edges = 1918, Faces = 805, Triangles = 1763, Textures 2048x1024 px, 585 Kb LOD model: Vertices = 138, Edges = 240, Faces = 100, Triangles = 215, Textures 256x256 px, 87 Kb

@The_Kazier_ Residential buildings are spawn in residential zones. You can add the building to the Style and assign this style to the District.
This building is Lvl5, that means that it needs Lvl 4 4x4 corner building to be available for upgrade. " Corner-style " version is more likely to spawn as there are no default corner 4x4 building (as far as I know).

@Chev[R]cam Сейчас поискал, что это такое. Это когда сам строишь здания, которые обычно появляются из зон случайно?
Если для этого нужно просто добавить .xml-файл, велик шанс, что сделаю. Но пока я слишком без понятия, что это и как.

@exothermic Corner spawns at corners (intersections), corner-style is the same model building that can spawn on the straight road.
