adds letters and numbers (also sentence markers as a question mark and a dollar sign and such) to the map editor, those letters and numbers are actually a PNG files (each) and the font (headliner.45) cannot be changed !!!

@foxhound21, sadly, i dont think i can make it, i dont use a russian alphabet at all and have no idea what each letter is... im sorry, but this might be a bit over the hear
