Budget Controller

描述
This mod automatically adjusts the budget for water, sewage, electricity, and education based on the city's current consumption rates. It only modifies the budget, and not consumption or production values directly. It is currently set to make sure your production to consumption error stays at around +5%, so that way you're always in the green.

The mod can be enabled/disabled from the Options Menu. The offset for consumption (how much more capacity do you want over consumption) can also be adjusted from the menu, but is still in the development phase.

If you use this mod, please expect it to accidentally destroy your beautiful city at any given time.

The source code can be found at GitHub[github.com]. If you wish to contact me or make a contribution, please contact me here in the comment section or on GitHub. I am currently looking for someone to help create a dialog box for enable/disabling individual controllers, and to modify the offset from something other than 5%.

Known Bugs:
  • Cannot see values that you set the offsets for
  • Unable to save/load option settings
  • Does not update visual budget panel, but does update budget in the background

I dont know why but this mod does not seem to work anymore for me. Its too bad because it was very useful.

mod should remember the position of the sliders after changing the options. after each start of the game I have to move these sliders slightly because the standard setting is not good.

I just realize there was a new mod that does exactly the same thing your mod does. the author of that mod is Zenya, which might confused people into thinking you are stealing his work when your mod is the originator from the date posted.

I apologize for any problems associated with this mod. I have been busy finishing up my master's thesis and job hunting and have not had time to come back to this project. When I get the time, I will provide some screenshots and a manual, as well as implement a UI for better control.

Not too many people are fond of this mod. I like hte concept and the idea behind it.

I think you missing the presentation aspect for this mod. There certain mods with no pictures nor information that was posted in the past and ends being virus. I can see why not too many people are givign this mod a shot.
