Pops' Pumpjack Park

Around the oil fields of west Texas and southeastern New Mexico, you'll see an occasional little field office, that is not much more than a shack, and sometimes there is a maintenance shed nearby. These used to be called a "dog house", and before the oil patch went all digital, a pumper's field reports were done there, along with any other paperwork.A doghouse was also a place where you could dive into your lunch box for an afternoon snack or your noon meal. Many of them had well-head gas piped in off a nearby well to run a rudimentary space heater. This "dog house" asset has three oil patch workers meeting up for a quick bite of lunch along with the obligatory argument/bragging session about high school football, the weather and the price of West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil.

Plop this asset down in your oil field. It has high happiness value, and who knows what kind of low-wealth tourists will wander up and ask one of those problig questions like, "Why do the counter weights on some pumpjacks rotate clockwise and some rotate counter-clockwise?"
