I enjoyed this place, though I felt the layout was quite convoluted. Part of the challenge? The erratic layout kinda helped me as much as it hindered me.
The cameras in the cell block not really doing anything to stop me, and the large winding layout I think spread the guards thin. Running contraband through the sensor on the 2nd floor of the cell block wasn't too hard. I got by by mostly ignoring the routine and eating punishments to drop heat.
With custom rooms enabled now I would suggest tweaking the security a bit to make what I did harder to pull off. In all fairness, I don't think you'll ever be able to completely prevent it, but it can be made harder to do.
This is the second prison I've played with a roll call in the middle of the night. That also intentional? To be honest I'm not really sure if I find that interesting, or just annoying.
