Modern House #4 by me, this time with a twist! It looks better if you place it on a lake. I know how hard it is to find a flat grassy surface. There you go!

Party with friends, family, company, whoever you want with.

Not intended to have any other porposes than looking slightly okay.

No helipad and 10-car-garage this time.

Inspiration: Seahorse housing project, Dubai.
