You're in luck, because there is an american road signs mod that builds the american signs in.
It's a shame they don't have a North American signs built in this game besides all the European ones instead of needing to use mods and assets to add them. For odd they have European maps and non-european maps, but no different in country sign systems (and NA should be easy since Canada and US are almost simliar in signs except for the metric/imperial system).
