More Mounts for Lords and Heroes

Updated for The Hunter and The Beast


This mod adds several new mounts that are found in the army books or to balance out gameplay to existing lords and heroes.

These mounts can be purchased instead of or addition to the vanilla mounts at the same level.

If anyone has suggestions for mounts that are included in the tabletop but not implemented or a mount that is drastically needed for gameplay purposes, please provide a suggestion and I will consider adding it. I will not add a new mount solely because someone thinks it would be cool.

There are several issues with adding these mounts. One problem is a graphical problem on the campaign map, when you purchase one of the new mounts and personally play a battle or load a save game, the lord or hero model will appear to be standing on top of the mount. There is no way that I know of to fix this, the game simply lacks the animations for elves on griffons or elf mages on eagles. Also, there is no campaign map model for Great Stag, so I gave it the elven horse model instead. Additionally, there aren't animations for a male model using ranged weapons on a stag, so the male glade lord is a MELEE ONLY lord.
