Still works for 1.3 put it above DEI on the load order.

Start your Roman Campaign with Legionnaires being activated in a few turns.
We also force all other ai faction reforms at the same time so it does not count as cheating.

Recommended for people who prefer to jump start to Imperial Legionnaries.
As this is just a quick simple submod it is historically incorrect as all we do is trigger the reforms for every faction within 10 turns.
So start dates and everything else is the same.

Also its good to use if you're playing any other faction and want quick reforms and want ai reforms early as well.
