No Agents [DEI Simple Submod]
Quick simple submod that makes it impossible for players and AI to recruit agents

If you're like me and fed up of playing assassins creed on Rome2 then this is perfect for you.
This is for DEI only and changes the Dei Agents to make it impossible to recruit.
As this is a quick submod it does not affect anything else, so you will have to wait for the current AI
agents at the start of the game to die.
Works well with my no food squalor submod as you do not have agents that can help you to reduce squalor.

No Agents - Quick simple submod that makes it impossible for players and AI to recruit agents
(will always be compatible unless DeI_agents are changed)

Can confirms it still works as of September 2023.
Just place it at the top of your load order.

I think it does not work anymore with the new version of DEI

Seems to only work against the player ( I cant create any agents, only can use the one I got from the start). But AI factions apparantly can create multiple spies. In my current playthrough Epeiros has two spies deployed in my territories. So either the DEI team has given some factions multiple spies from the game start, or this mod is somewhat broken.
