Still works for 1.3 put it above DEI on the load order.
Put @@@@ infront of the name so it loads over DEI
This also works without any mods or with all other mods

Still works for 1.3 i play it just put it higher on the load order.

Because, yeah, why the hell'd we ever need a glowing red line to tell us where the map ends? Do dev's think we are retarded?
