Quick Research [DEI Simple Submod]
Quick simple submod that makes all research tech take one turn.

This is technically a cheat and I don't like cheating or cheaters so I'm not fond of this submod
and you should never use it, it spoils the game massively!
But if you're like me and have previously updated DEI and can no longer play your incompatible save,
and just want to get to a late research period of the game or you have not got the man hours to play a long lengthy game
then this is the only time it's acceptable to use this submod.
Works well with my other quick submod Age Of Legionnaires to jump start your game to the Marian Period
