Adds a simple bound pickaxe spell using modified in-game art. Spell tome can be found in Dragonsreach.

You can have any/all of the following mods enabled but only the last loaded mod will be able to "mine" ore.

This mod will conflict with:
- Midas Magic's Bound Pickaxe spell
- Mining Flames
- Bound Tools

I'll make a bound woodcutter's axe as well. In the spirit of saving on the number of subscriptions needed, I'm going to combine it with this mod and re-release it as "Bound Tools".

@cyniclawl: This mod allows for dual wielding the bound pickaxes already! :)
@dave1908 - I agree! I was surprised at this oversight myself.

Debating making a "Bound Woodcutter's Axe" mod as well - it's less used but might go well with some of the arrow crafting mods.
