A detective weapon that heals those you shoot.

I wanted to add an alternative to healing for detectives that was a bit more pro-active. The sound of the gun firing adds to the confusion, & if someone is using it to heal they can't actually do any damage without switching guns. This gives a nice window of opportunity.
