@Zaviier that's not how mods work, they only work locally per client. But you can use sourcemod plugins on your server, I don't know anything about them, but there's a lot of them out there that can modify all sorts of things

hello, how to install this in my custom dedicated server?
so, i just installed this mod to my server, random player in my server can see the fx even they not download the mod.
