A fixed version of the Large Water Tower by Fishbus.
Fixes the UI Category bug and glitched LOD.

popgoestheweazel, how come i see you popping in mysteriously whispering to the modders on their mods like the mystery man in willy wonka ? Are you working for cities skylines and see who will take the bait on mods etc?
