This asset is an unique building, it don’t need specific land value
If you want to use it like residential building, better is lvl 5 (maximum high)

Yes, 1:1
IRL, the main building makes 120 m x 30 m, In CS it makes approximatly15x4 square
with the podum, on CS it makes 26x15 square... huge !!
