Green Valley Prison | 255 Capacity | Escape Mode

Hello everybody and welcome to my newest prison - Green Valley!

A brief summary of the prison:

- Suitable for escape mode!

- 255 prisoners
- 7 unique cell blocks

- 14% re-offending rate

Before I tell you anything about the prison, you will have to install some mods. These mods add loads of features and make the prison feel more unique and detailed. I will list the mods below and also provide the Workshop-Links. A great cheers to the creators.

The Green Valley Prison offers a total safe capacity to 255 prisoners. In addition it also has a small holding cell, with everything you need and even beds and a small yard area for these prisoners.

It is divided into 7 unique cellblocks:
- 3 maximum security blocks for a total of 152 prisoners
- 1 medium security block for a total of 69 prisoners
- 1 protective custody block for a total of 22 prisoners
- 1 super maxium security block for a total of 8 prisoners
- 1 death row security block for a total of 4 prisoners

Green Valley was built with unlimited money, but I wanted to make a sustainable prison, which would work in reallife. It cost me around 1 million to built and over the time building it made all the money back and is currently making about 4000$ a day profit. But it is heavily depending on exports. So if the prisoners start to get unhappy, the profit margin will shrink, but should grow again after a while.

Due to good education the prison has an outstanding reoffending rate of 14% and only 1% of the early paroled inmates reoffend.

Also gangs are enabled, and are spread widely over the prison. However they should not be able to take over any yards or common rooms. Only one gang has managed that once, but was quickly evicted.
In addition staff needs are currently not enabled, but I have prepared everything that they could. The prison offers 3 staffrooms, 1 massive park for the staff to relax in and 1 big canteen to eat.

For security measures Green Valley has 130 guards to keep the prisoners at bay. 10 armed guards, 15 dog handlers and 8 snipers (which can go into on of the 10 sniper towers) help them to keep peace and structure in the prison. So far only 1 prisoner has been able to escape, which was due to a fault of mine building the place with inmates in it already.

If you want to escape yourself, you can surely do that. However I have only managed it once by digging out of it. Even though it was quite a challenge to dig through the perimeter walls around the prison. But I made sure you can gather lots of reputations points, by not demolishing the massive showers, even though there is no designated shower time in the regime and every prisoner showers in his own respective cell.

Plans for the future:
As far as this project goes, I plan to buy a land expansion and add a big low security block. But this will take some more time, as I still want to keep the prison profitable and visually appealing. Any ideas are welcome too.
