Moving Camera Tool For Gmod 13

Fixed!

Simply Use from the tools menu, under "Render"

!!!PLEASE READ THIS!!! You can only use 0 & 4 on the regular keyboard to activate the cameras.

NOTE: This is a WIP. Wish me luck trying to fix errors, I don't know lua.

I would like to credit lemming77 for the original, as all I did was fix it for Gmod 13.

BUGS:

- 3rd camera placed can spin around in a circle on occasion.

TO DO/IMPLEMENT:

-The ability to use other bindings for camera activation
