描述

A "Boom Chick-Chick" shotgun from the galaxy far-far away.

This mod adds the Trandoshan ACP Scatter Gun as a resource to the game. It fires 14 bullets every shot, every bullet deals 10 damage and the gun fires every 1.1 seconds.

In case if you're confused, it's considered to be a "slugthrower" in Star Wars universe, this means that the gun fires projectiles, not plasma. Basically just like our real guns.

The mesh is from DICE's Star Wars Battlefront EA (2015). The sounds are from LucasArts Entertainment's Star Wars Republic Commando.

Yea, i remember that, the repeater was one of my most favourite weapons to use in academy.
seeing how it worked in the new battlefronts crushed me, same with the acp gun, didn't have the punch from the prior games.
(note i've not played the new battlefront games, there is only the originals)

They changed that for quite a few guns when Disney bought the IP. Anybody who played the Jedi knight games probably remembers the Imperial Heavy Repeater or how it's now called the TL-50. Was a slug thrower, now in the new Battlefront game it's suddenly a blaster rifle.

Yeah, I remember that part! :D In that vent, just after you can find a "secret" lightsaber lying on the ground. Ah, memories...

They reeeeaaaally need a sequel for that game. Seriously. But Star Wars is in trouble now that they're "under new management". :(

Still, Delta 38 did suspect shotguns at first, but upon first getting the gun, he said that line I mentioned earlier. You've got a point, since it being an energy shotgun is a little odd. But there are other energy shotguns in the Star Wars universe, and in Republic Commando, the little pellet things you loaded into the side of it during reload actually had glowy lights on them, so that's something I guess. :/

Anyway, I just mentioned it as a fun fact. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who loved that game. :)

Hm, not sure why it can be considered as an energy weapon, since it doesn't shoot plasma. There's not that much of info about it in Battlefront, but it doesn't shoot plasma there either.

Btw, before that line with "energy weapon that looks like a slugthrower", Boss literally says "Shotguns?! I didn't think anyone used projectile weapons anymore"... Wonder what happened there :D

Awesome gun, by the way. Top-notch textures, animations, and everything else. I initially thought it'd outclass the regular shotgun with it's fast fire rate and doubled damage, but its spread is wide enough that it plays nicely with the vanilla shotguns.

Oh, and just so that you are aware, this weapon may very well be an energy weapon, not a projectile weapon. I haven't played Battlefront much, but I remember when it was first found in Republic Commando, Delta 38 (your character) says "An energy weapon that looks like a slugthrower... I didn't think lizards were that nostalgic.".

I dunno. Just thought it'd be a fun fact. :)
