This is a silly Americanization of Buffaloman バッファローマン from Kinnikuman キン肉マン released as the main bad guy in M.U.S.C.L.E. (Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere)

Three other versions of Buffaloman are costumes 2,3,4.

Costume 1: Terri-Bull
2: Buffaloman in army camo but no bazooka.
3: Buffaloman in jacket and missing horns
4: Buffaloman age 67, older trainer at Hercules Factory wrestling school wearing tracksuit.

Heel style/Power return style, Start Dash special skill.
180 points & uses all 12 priority logic slots.

Based on my regular Buffaloman which is based on Bruiser Brody by Senator Phillips.
