Right Click on the car, and Left Click on "Equipment" to change between the 5 Configurations Available

Press "X" to get the takedown lights to work !

-Working Spotlights
-Working Interior Takedown Lights

Hold "X" to alternate between the 3 Illumination Light modes !

Go to your library, go to Garry's Mod, right click on it & Select properties, then click on the "Local Files" tab, and then click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files"

I suggest you :

#1 Download all the requirements if you haven't already
#2 Unsubscribe & resubscribe to the requirements
#3 Relaunch the Game several times
#4 Verify Game Cache
