Small very fast and agile Scout CV with lots of fixed Hardpoints and enough Survival Equipment for even a small Coop group to stay in any hostile Area for some time.

The Iron Duke.


I was in need of some smaller CV for my Coop gameplay with some friend(s) - so my BASESTAR ONE was out of Scope as well as the RAMMBOCK for obvious reasons, and I built a new one.

Features:
  • 13 (!) fixed Weapon Hardpoints (even +4 when removing both Side Turrets)
    - for Servers/SP without Weapon count restrictions ;-)
    Blueprint comes with the usual 6 Pulse lasers and 4 Rocket Launchers
  • 13 Turret Hardpoints
    Blueprint comes with 2 Artillery, 4 Rocket, 5 Minigun and 2 Cannon Turrets
    Additional there are 8 Sentry Guns placed (mosty near the Hangar)
  • Full Combat Steel
  • All Thrusters are exposed (or can vent outside)!
  • Extreme Acceleration and Manoeverability:
    40m/s² lateral, 100m/s² main, 38m/s² down Acceleration, 7.6deg/s² Pitch and 5.8deg/s² Yaw
  • Multiple Command Switches (most in Control Panel, some direct near Device(s)):
    • 2x ThrusterConfigurations (Planet + Additional Space/Combat)
    • 2x TurretConfigurations (Planet + Space)
    • different Constructors and Food Processor Switches
    • different Repair Station and ~Bay Switches
    • Gravity Generator
    • Spotlights
    • Ventilators
    • multiple Hangardoor sensors/switches/overrides
  • Hangar for small or micro Hovers and/or SVs
    Recommended: modified Dark Knight + SkyRocketSled + POI-Raider (change Rail to Rockets)
  • Top Landing Pad for one medium SV or two small SVs
    Recommended: DroneHunter Mark 5
  • 2 Advanced Constructors
  • 35 (!) Large Cargo Boxes (18 accessible, additionally 16 hidden, 1 Harvest)
  • 2 Food Processors
  • 6 Fridges
  • 18 filled Growing Plots
  • 2 Armor Locker + Repair Station
  • Full Medical Equipment : Medic Station + all 4 Scanners
  • 8 Ammo Boxes (4 small accessible, additionally 4 large hidden)
  • Long Fuel and O2 time - both can be accessed directly
  • Secondary Pilot Seat in the Engineering Section for heated Combat Scenarios!
  • NEW: Fast Emergency-Exit/Entry above Secondary Pilot Seat to Roof Landing Pad!
  • 2 more Passenger Seats (for a total of 4 players)
  • Crew Rest area for roleplay / immersion

So this Ship can serve as a small Mobile Base in itself for one person and even a small Coop group!

Compatibility-Update A7 & A8 : Removing Plants in Growing Plots, changing Position and Rotation of Repair Bay, adding "Fake" Console to be replaced with Repair Console in A8 by player.

yep, not yet updated - probably the repair bay get a problem too, as there is no rotation allowed anymore... will check that this wekkend...

Added / Changed:
4 Turrets Hardpoints, 2 Fixed Hardpoints, 2 Lights in Garden area, new Emergency-Entry/Exit through Roof directly ontop second Pilot Seat, changed Color Scheme a bit, named some Cargo and Ammo boxes and a few other things...
