Broly Ki Blast Attack
(Full Power Energy Wave)

It is currently only meant to work in Single Player. It technically works in Multiplayer as well, but it will cause errors due to it calling on clientside libraries.

Left click to punch if near a target.
Left click to play sound clip if not near target.
Right click to fire ki blast.

Increase beam size
Explosion on beam impact
Make beam green
Add delay between ki blasts?
Adjust damage values?
Ability to charge up?
Change/edit world model?
Add a Ki meter?
