Chaos Tweaks

- added +5 growth to the encampment stance for all hordes
- added +1/+1/+2/+2/+4 horde growth while encamped to the chaos paid researches
- reduced the minimum movement required to adopt the encampment stance to 5% for all hordes
- doubled the growth gain from razing to 16 for BST and 20 for Chaos Warriors

This mod will be provided as is, no update should break it. If some aspect of this mod is not working do try to launch the game with this mod as the only enabled mod and see if the problem persists.
