I wish there was a way to save comments on Steam, because this one is super-helpful, but I know I'll forget it. Guess I'll have to copy-paste it somewhere XD

Try pasting the following into an arc sign and try changing the numbers.

<offset=1.0><zoffset=0.5>
<line-height=0.0><align=left>

<margin-left=.3><voffset=.40>
<rotate=15><size=8>
<sprite="icons_00" index=424 color=#FFFFFFFF>

Top 2 lines apply to the whole arc sign. Offset is up and down. Zoffset is front to back.
Line-height and align-left lets you use left-margin and voffset like x and y coordinates.
Next 3 lines apply to the individual sprites. Margin-left left to right. Voffset up and down. Rotate is the sprite rotation and size is sprite size. 424 is the sprite number (0 to 959).

A matter of placing sprites at specified locations changing color, size, etc. Open the arc sign (N) and view the contents, Copy and paste to your arc signs. Search forums and youtube for arc signs.
