Deborah Robinson was a reporter that was considered the best in criminal reporting. she investigated crimes by herself making her not only the best writer but I also an private investigator.
One day she was investigating the theft of a protype to an exoskeleton armor made by the military, after her investigation she was able to trace the location of the criminals. She wasn't lucky as she was in the other cases, being captured by the villains. They couldn't figure out how to make the armor work, so they put her unconscious body inside the armor and threw at the sea to get rid of the evidence. But instead of dying the armor kept her alive making her dependent on the armor for living, but also giving her amazing powers.
Using the new identity of Razor she decided to go on revenge against the criminals and the inventors of the armor, after the fight against Volts Man he loved the thrill of being the villain of the city, since she could never get her dream job back she decided to become a crime lord and live as a legend of crime.
