No, sadly. I don't think there is a way for workshop items to interact specifically with other workshop items yet. They can only use the broad categories like "Hoofed animals" or "sweet food" or something.

Then I guess you dont know how to make her spawn a Changeling from the Workshop

I'm not sure how to make her shapeshift into customized workshop items (like Cadance). I could make her shift into something like a generic pony, but ... then she would not shift back!
