Each item has been designed from scratch with all the care in the world to offer the ideal experience.

looking back, This mod was actually pretty excellent satire of everything that was wrong with ab+

I was in the dark room
got an active that spawns items with a 1 room recharge
spawns some gray ♥♥♥♥
it teleports me back to basement 1 and strips me of everything
the movement gets bugged out and the game basically crashes

@evan.jeebow they were never a thing in the first place really, it was only caused by mod compatibility issues and now everyone thinks they were a feature because some youtube guy ran into them a lot

re-add the op super worms, mod is ruined without them.

For some reason, the mod doesn't do anything for me. Does anyone else have this issue? I am playing basic isaac and yes I added the boss API
