Eli's shovel, the infernal torch, fireball, and pulse (reskined to be more... firey).
both spells regenerate every 2 kills so you need to alternate between the two or use the torch in order not to pay the blood magic cost, that being said; there are moments where paying the cost is better than actually getting hit.
torches, other spells, and weapons are removed, so your chance of aquiring healing items and armor is higher to compensate for the inevitablity of losing health and you also start with a crown of thorns in your item slot which helps.

-replaces Cadence and Bard.
-replaces rat familiar sprite and name
-replaces food item sprites/names and some hud elements
-voice files for cadence are mostly replaced with silence (because it's a robot without a head and hearing “fireball” repeatedly gets annoying )
-some weapons and torches will appear indefinitely (e.g. A shrine that only drops torches)
