I've got two suggestions for you though:
1. I think it would be more immersive to add a requirement to get it. One is to make it so that you have to buy the house for a large sum of money. Or you could instead make it so the house is the reward for a quest. An easy quest that wouldn't require you any new areas is that you have to reclaim the house. You could fill the house with enemies or even just add the key to the house at the bottom of the crypt outside.
2. I love it when games offer bases or player homes but often they feel lonely. A few npcs in the house would go a long way. Maybe a butler or a maid or two, even if they don't do much besides being able to ask them for generic rumors. It'd be really cool if you could have your own little village with shopkeepers or add them as staff to your manor, but I may be asking for too much there
Anyways thanks again for the great mod. Definitely a must have for me now!
