描述
A flexible office solution -- also known as a serviced office, managed office, business centre, or shared space -- is an office that businesses or indiviuals can rent on a short-term or as-needed basis. It comes equipped with furniture and IT capabilities and is perfect for start-ups or small companies that are not preparted to outlay the upfront costs of taking on a long-term lease.

Pays 175+/-, generates buzz

Updated version contains two different wall colors. Each time you build this office, the game will choose either the yellow version or the blue one at random.

** Remember that after you subscribe to mods, you must enable them in the game. Mods are not automatically enabled in Project Highrise. **

Yes I've played the game earlier today and you are right. I put in 5 of these offices; 3 of them were the blue variant. I saved the game as I had to go. I came back later and reloaded the game.. all 5 offices were the yellow variant. Must be a bug or glitch of some kind.

I've noticed an odd error where sometimes the blue version of this office changes to the yellow when you load a saved game (i.e. before exiting Project Highrise there were a mix of blue and yellow but after loading the saved game all are yellow). Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

Per JamesC's comment below, I fixed the issue with the phone connection requirement not showing up in the build menu. I also added a quick extra blue version, which will appear alongside the yellow version at random.

If any modders are curious -- The issue was the the needutilities[ * ] area of the code controls which utilities the office actually requires. However, the requirements in the build menu are drawn from the satisfaction[ *] area of the code.

This was the first mod I ever made, so it's definitely possible that I left out something that's causing the discrepancy you're seeing. I can take a look...

Yes it should be a bit bigger so you could add more to it perhaps :)
Regarding the utilities this office does need electricity and phone connections but it's not showing up in the build menu when I'm about to place one. Just noticed it today

nice I like this idea could you do it for a bigger space though as I know a lot of marketing and comunitcation companys do this a lot
