This is Keeper, as he appears in Evil Within 2, with additional parts from the first game and its DLC.

Model has been extracted with original rigging has materials overhaul, implementation of custom Dark Keeper variant,fake PBR, SSS by Smug Bastard.

Btw There is an error with Safeheads head and Hammer. The ENV map isn't inputed correctly, or there at all.

Yes, it appears in The Evil Within 2 when your trying to get to Theodore. He brings Sebastian back to his past in the first game and he re-encounters most of the "mini bosses" from the first The Evil Within
