Hi there is a problem, i can't access the engine bay is there a fix for this; and foes it have to do with the DLC?

hi i love the cars you do but i have just brought the mp4 in game and its saying there is a fault with the asset twin turbo v8 dohc and to re-install mod or loose content is there a fix for this
