Idle Indicator for NeunGUI SidePanel

描述
This adds the word "IDLE" over the health bar of anyone who's away so you can easily see who's idle without having to press Tab. Works for incapped players as well.

This add-on REQUIRES NeunGUI in order to work properly (alternate version with white progressbar here). It does NOT require the other SidePanel add-on and in fact will conflict with it.

Works best with L4D1 font.

Try disabling all addons except for this one and NeunGUI Side Panel and see if it works. Stuff like Urik's Game Menu or something else may be interfering.
