BTweaks - Increased Zone of Control for Armies

Increases zone of control of armies (land) by 33%, from 3 to 4. Allows you to make better use of strategic placement, reduces the headache caused by fidgety AI armies.

This indirectly applies to zone of control of garrisoned units, bringing that up to 4.5 from 3.5. People tend to overlooked that, even I realized it quite recently, so I'm open to feedback if you think that's too much.

Very small tweak that changes only one entry, should compatible with anything else, unless they change the very same entry. General campaign/campaign AI overhauls may have that entry, so load this mod after those to make sure both are working.
Check my workshop & collection for similar small tweaks. This is included in the BTweaks - Campaign, no need to use them both. Any feedback is appreciated. Tested on Vanilla Shogun 2 only.
