It is not height adjustable, though if i figure out how to do that, i may tweak it later, but at the moment it's just used on a re-released building!

I use HR images, so people can see it propely without needing to squint at a blocky image to then find out that they dislike it when they actually see it ingame.
Though Steam does struggle to load them at times, it is within it's 2mb limit.

Firefox refuses to view that image but I tried to look at it in "page info" media but it's WAY too large (4096x4096).

"An awning or overhang is a secondary covering attached to the exterior wall of a building." Yes it's preferrable to have it go into the wall, but at the end of the day for it's purposes on a re-released asset, it is.

Not an awning since it's attachment point is at top and not the side. So, unless you push it into a building/wall it's going to look like it's hovering...
