Error Flashbang

This is my first GMod addon. It is a grenade for traitors in TTT, which shows an Error screen.

--- Functions ---
It is a simple TTT grenade which acts like a flashbang, but instead of a white screen, it displays the player a random error picture, which now lasts a random time between 4 and 8 seconds, which should make it more fair for TTT.
The picture in TTT is only shown to people, which arent traitor.

--- Commands ---
There is one command within this addon
- errfb_max_flashtime [value] -> Changes the maximum duration the Picture is shown to the [value]. Must be a number.
Default 8

- errfb_unflash_on_death [value] -> Activates or deactivates the removal of the error screen upon death or round start. Must be 1 or 0. 0 = deactivated
Default 0

The Commands values should get saved and should be loaded on server start. All default values are set to the value they were, before i added the commands.

If you have any suggestions regarding error pictures or the addon in general, write it as a comment and i will see, if i can implement it.
