Backthread

描述
A simple mod that adds a new trinket called Backthread.

Effect: After clearing boss room an additional reward appears in a starting room of current floor. All you need is to return for it.

Reward: 1 random chest and 0-3 pickups (can be chests too).

Mom's Box doubles the reward.

Does nothing in Greed Mode. At least, for now.

I think it would be cool if it reset the emenies in each room making it harder to get back because getting boss item plus item room plus entry item is a little op (yet still fun) or does it already reset rooms (hadn't subed yet so i'm going to check it out probably should play the mod before hand)

@pimhazeveld To get reward you need two things:
1. Defeat boss while holding Backthread.
2. Hold it when entering starting room of this floor.
If you drop it after killing boss effect doesn't trigger, but you can pick up it again and get the reward anyway.

What happens when you kill a boss with this. Then immediately drop the trinket?
