Detective Castellanos from Bethesda's The Evil Within 2.

This addon includes:

- Two models (Sebastian and young Sebastian)
- Ragdolls
- NPCs (Ally, enemy)
- Playermodels
- Bodygroups (4 Costumes, Bandages)
- Finger posing
- Eye posing
- Complete facial posing

No, the burnt and infected skins belong to different head meshes, so to include them i'd need to make separate sebastian playermodels for each one, and i dont know if i want that
