Blinking eyes, animated hair, plants, grass, butterflies and fairies. Subtle breathing effect on Arisa and the Fairy Dragon. The fairies fade in and out of the picture. Dandelion particles fly by in the background, and there's a yellow particle effect that follows your mouse cursor around.

Wallpaper size is 1920 x 1080, best viewed in 59/60 FPS. Cautionary note: this is relatively heavy on the GPU. I highly recommend to set animations in Wallpaper Engine to pause when focus is not on the desktop, unless you have a decently powerful computer.

Update: Altered the way the blinking works, shouldn't disappear anymore...
